We start again with the KAL by Wool Crossing! I'm very excited and to open in the name of elegance and timeless style I chose one of the beautiful pieces included in Valentina Cosciani's book “I have it, I miss it!” .

This is the “ Autumn Sweater No. 2 ”, which features a really interesting construction Why you start working from the center on all the stitches that will form the height of the front and back to go towards the sleeve . Since the work is entirely flat, the sides and the underarm will be sewn at a later time. To make the second half of the sweater, pick up the stitches on the center front, cast on the neckline stitches and pick up the stitches on the back and work the sweater in a mirror image.

The small motifs created by alternating right and wrong sides enrich the garment with designs that recall the tradition of knitwear. Guernsey . Precisely because of this characteristic I recommend you use light or bright colors . Dark colors may detract from the work.

I will use the original yarn the The Woolle Hazelnuts in the color Pumpkin!

Alternative yarns : Fonty Tartan3 , Adriafil Sierra Andina , Long Yarns Aymara , Cardiff Classic , Adriafil Sierra Andina, P lassard Alpaga , mYak Kupa , Schoppel Wolle ALB, Fingering + mohair yarns
