Terms of Sale
If you live far away and cannot join us within the walls of Wool Crossing, you can make your purchases by choosing the yarns on the eshop pages, where you will find detailed information on each yarn and a short description that will help you choose the right project for the yarn you want to buy.
And if you want to show me your works you can post them on the Wool Crossing Ravelry group ( http://www.ravelry.com/groups/wool-crossing-turin-italy )
For each product the number of pieces available in the eshop is indicated. If you do not find a product online, visit the “Yarn Arrivals” page on Pinterest ( http://www.pinterest.com/woolcrossing/yarn-arrivals/ ) and write an email to federica [AT] woolcrossing [DOT] it with your request. I will upload the balls of yarn you want to allow you to make your purchase online.
The sale price is inclusive of VAT and the cost of shipping costs will be added to the total (see Shipping section)Payment Methods
Bank transfer
At the end of the order, if you choose this payment method, you will be given the following bank details to make the transfer.

If the bank transfer does not arrive within 1 working day of placing the order, please write an email otherwise the order will be cancelled and your products will be made available online again. As a random it is important to enter the order number.
Within 48 working days (taking into account that no shipments are made on Saturday and that the shop is closed on Monday) following receipt of the amount paid, the package will be prepared and shipped.
Paypal and Credit Card
Credit card payments are handled through Paypal and you can pay through your Paypal account or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electon, Postepay).National shipping
The products are shipped via registered mail by Poste Italiane and you will be provided with a code and a link on which you can track your package until it arrives at its destination. Delivery times are around 4-5 working days and are under the responsibility of Poste Italiane, which will be responsible for managing compensation and refunds due for any loss of goods regularly shipped through their services.
The shipping cost is €7.00 (from 1st July 2014)
In the event that the goods are not available in stock, we will send you a notification message asking you whether you want to give up the product in question or wait for the item to arrive in the store for the shipment of the goods.
Wool Crossing ships only within the national territory, excluding San Marino and the Vatican City.
International Shipping
The products are shipped via Poste Italiane and you will be provided with a code and a link on which you can track your package up to the national border. Delivery times are around 6 working days and are under the responsibility of Poste Italiane, which will be responsible for managing compensation and refunds due for any loss of goods regularly shipped via their services.
The cost that will be charged to you is €17.00 regardless of the weight and quantity of items you purchase. If your shipping costs are less (some small packages, for example if you buy only some knitting needles, could cost only €12.00) Wool Crossing will issue a code that you can use as a discount coupon on your next purchase.
In the event that the goods are not available in stock, we will send you a notification message asking you whether you want to give up the product in question or wait for the item to arrive in the store for the shipment of the goods.

Goods warranty
The goods are guaranteed by Wool Crossing, therefore in the event of a manufacturing defect being found you must notify us by registered mail with return receipt or by e-mail (in this case the same must be followed by a registered mail with return receipt sent within the following 48 hours) within 7 days.
The goods must be shipped INTACT and INTACT and in its original packaging at your expense. INTACT and INTACT means the entirety and completeness of the product (used balls or skeins, even for samples, or without a band are not accepted) together with the receipt. As soon as the defective goods are received and the defect is ascertained, the product will be sent back to you, subject to availability in stock.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, provided for in distance selling and guaranteed by Legislative Decree 185/99, write within 10 working days of receiving the package to the address federica [AT] woolcrossing [PUNTO] it, specifying your order code.
The product must be sent by registered mail at your expense to Wool Crossing and within 14 working days of receipt we will credit you with any amount already paid, excluding transport costs.

Information pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 185/99:
Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 working days from receipt of the goods.
This right consists in the ability to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following product categories:
a) sealed audiovisual or computer software media opened by the consumer;
b) newspapers, periodicals and magazines;
c) open kits.
