TARTAN 3 is a magnificent 100% wool carded yarn, machine washable. The colours are mottled, tone on tone, bright and deep. The manufacturing principle is inspired by that of SUPER TWEED: the raw wool is dyed in flock and then mixed with the wool in the natural colour in three different proportions. Each mixture is then spun and then twisted. So with a single dye bath, we have developed three colours in gradation, reducing the environmental impact of the dyeing operations. TARTAN 3 is a thin, soft and voluminous yarn, assembled in 3 strands.
TARTAN 3 is machine washable at 30 degrees (delicate wool programme) with or without fabric softener, without spinning and preferably flat drying.
