Made from high quality Moso bamboo, ChiaoGoo SPIN Interchangeable Knitting Needle Tips feature a patina finish. Each joint is made from sturdy copper with a smooth nickel-plated surface, designed to ensure that the yarn glides effortlessly as you knit. ChiaoGoo SPIN Interchangeable Bamboo Knitting Needle Tips are available in sizes 2.75-10.00mm. Available in lengths of 10cm and 13cm.
General information applicable to all ChiaoGoo interchangeables
TWIST and SPIN products share the same thread size, making them compatible with each other. All needle tips and leads are laser engraved with their respective screw sizes:
- M = MINI, applies to needles of size 1.50-2.50 mm (5 cm, 8 cm, 10 cm and 13 cm tips)
- S = small, applies to needles size 2.75-5.00 mm (10 cm and 13 cm tips)
- L = Large, applies to needles size 5.50-10.00 mm (10 cm and 13 cm tips)
The MINI range is not compatible with the standard S and L thread sizes, so all MINI iron tips require a MINI cable. Please note that the 10cm and 13cm length MINI iron tips are too long to use with the 13cm or 15cm length MINI cables. These can easily be connected via a MINI cable connector to extend the cable length accordingly. ChiaoGoo also offers adapters that can connect MINI, S and L screw size products together.
Exception : ChiaoGoo Shorties MINI sets contain 2.75-3.25mm size needle tips which all share the MINI thread size.
